Alipay+ Releases A Merchant Payment Toolkit At The SFF 2022

President of international business for Ant Group, Angel Zhao, announced the introduction of Alipay+ D-storeTM, a business digitalization solution for brick-and-mortar enterprises in the service sector, during the Singapore Fintech Festival.

Alipay+ D-storeTM offers a collection of toolkits to help businesses digitalize their payment processes, business operations, customer support, and marketing in order to increase sales and improve customer service. Businesses may have digital storefronts in the form of short programmes on digital platforms.

To reach customers, digital shops may also be created as H5 sites that could be quickly and readily incorporated online and on social media. Chope, Alipay, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, AlipayHK, and other online stores presently work with Alipay+ D-storeTM.

Burger King, a fast food chain, Koufu, one of Singapore’s oldest and biggest operators and administrators of food courts and coffee shops, and more than 2,000 local restaurants, cafés, and eateries in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and other markets have all implemented the Alipay+ D-storeTM solution.

Huggs Coffee, one of the biggest locally-owned cafe chain brands in Singapore with over 20 locations, was also introduced by Alipay+ D-storeTM at the Festival as its newest client. In the future, clients will be able to access seamless services via Huggs’ digital shop on Chope and other platforms thanks to its collaboration with Alipay+ D-storeTM to digitalize its outlets and operations.
