A group of crypto industry experts at Finder’s have predicted that Solana’s (SOL) price will hit $500 by 2030.
Solana Price Forecast
Finder “measures expert forecasts on future SOL prices” using weekly and quarterly surveys. “Our larger quarterly survey, last conducted in July 2022, asked a panel of 54 crypto industry experts to comment on how the Solana price will look in the next decade,” the company said.
“Our panel thinks solana (SOL) will be worth $45 by the end of 2022 before rising to $166 by 2025.”
The group also predicted the price of SOL would increase to $512 by 2030.
Compared to previous forecasts, experts lowered their forecasts for July, where they expect SOL prices in 2025 to reach $166 and in 2030 to $512.
In contrast, experts initially predicted in January that SOL prices would hit $222 by the end of the year before hitting $486 in 2025 and $1,267 in 2030.
Gavin Smith, general partner at the Panxora Hedge Fund, one of the experts in the group, is more optimistic about Solana’s future than the expert group, expecting SOL’s price to hit $76 this year, he said:
“SOL is one of the leading contenders in the smart contract blockchain space. They are likely to be one of the chief beneficiaries if the Ethereum upgrades fail to deliver lower transaction fees.”
At the time of writing, Solana is priced at $41.42, which has risen more than 16% over the past 7 days and more than 19% over the past 30 days.
However, this is just a prediction from the expert side. Investors should always seek knowledge before investing, and the person you should trust the most may not be an expert but yourself.
