The CEO Of Binance Will Give Lessons On Crypto And Web3 On MasterClass

CZ and Masterclass worked together to make a crypto course for newbies that covers Web3, DAOs, and other ideas.

On December 8, Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world, announced a partnership with Master Class, an online education platform, to start a course for people who are “crypto-curious” about cryptocurrencies and blockchain. Changpeng Zhao (CZ), the CEO and founder of Binance, will lead the class. This is a joint effort between Binance and CZ to build a better ecosystem and keep new users from losing money.

The “Crypto and the Blockchain” master class will last 3 hours and 40 minutes and give participants the chance to learn about blockchain technology, Web3, DeFi, DAOs, and more from some of the top experts in both the crypto and traditional finance industries. Changpeng Zhao (CZ), Emilie Choi, President and COO of Coinbase, Chris Dixon, Founder and Managing Partner of a16z Crypto, and Nobel Prize-winning economist and New York Times columnist Paul Krugman are among these experts.

Crypto and Blockchain 101—Experts Welcome

The master class will cover important topics about cryptocurrencies that will give newcomers a balanced view of the ecosystem and help them understand where the industry is now and where it is going. But even people with more life experience can learn something from the class and find something useful in each lesson.

Each participant will also be able to download a crypto primer with explanations, activities, and pictures to help them learn more about the things that will be talked about in class.

Education Improves Crypto Scene And Binance Bets

Changpeng Zhao said that as civilization grows, it is important to learn about new technologies so that business models can be made that would not be possible with the old-fashioned way of doing things with money. During the announcement, he said that the new blockchain technology can be used to build business models that can’t be made with the methods and tools of the old financial system.

In addition to the master class, Binance has also announced that Binance Academy will offer six courses and 29 modules to teach cryptocurrency and blockchain basics. Users who finish all six free courses will get an NFT certificate as proof that they have learned.

Binance also released new courses and quizzes on December 7 so that users could get Christmas gifts of BNB, BUSD, POLYX, and ALGO.
