Dogecoin Whale Rapidly Transfers 350,000,000 DOGE

As the price of Dogecoin (DOGE) goes up, an investor with a lot of money is suddenly moving hundreds of millions of DOGE in multiple transactions.

New data from the whale-watching platform Whale Alert shows that the high-net-worth trader suddenly moved 350,000,000 DOGE, which was worth $26,581,455 at the time, from one unknown crypto wallet to another.

The blockchain search engine Blockchair says that it cost just 4.16 DOGE, or $0.31, to move the millions of tokens. The blockchain tracker also shows that the whale sent the cryptocurrency in 11 separate transactions.

The team behind Dogecoin said last week that they would be making changes to the project to make it easier to work on.

At the time, DOGE developer Michi Lumin said that QR codes, other languages, message signing, and programs that can run on Windows would be added.

Lumin says that the update will also fix a lot of the big problems that Dogecoin developers have been having, like memory integrity checks, fixes for truncation, and length checks for edge cases.

This week, DOGE has been on a roll. It went from a low of $0.0723 to a high of $0.0768, which is a 6.2% rise.

Since then, it has been stable, and at the time of writing, it is worth $0.0749.
