Agenda For EBAday 2023 Is Now Live!

EBAday, which is held every year for executives in payments and transaction banking, will be back on June 20th and 21st, 2023, at IFEMA in Madrid, Spain.

Finextra Research and the Euro Banking Association are excited to announce that the agenda for this year’s event is now available. The agenda is full of trending topics, and speakers from all over the European payments sector will share their interesting insights.

As with every EBAday before it, the 2023 event will start with a welcome from the EBA, a keynote from the host community, a strategic roundtable of senior bankers, and a challenge speech, all of which will cover a wide range of topics, such as how the payments and transaction banking environment is changing and how to create value in a digitally connected world.

Then, the sessions will split into two different tracks. On the first day of the event, topics like instant cross-border payments, new technologies, payments processing, smart use of data, the cloud migration gap, instant payments, and CBDCs will be covered.

On day two, the momentum from day one will carry over, and people will go straight to their separate streams. On the second day of the event, topics will include preventing fraud and keeping information secure, correspondent banking, new laws, liquidity management, collaboration between the public and private sectors, and Banking as a Service.

At the end of the event, the moderators will get together for a roundtable to talk about what they learned and what they thought was important.

On each day, sessions will be broken up by speeches on the FinTalks stage, presentations from startups competing in the Fintech Zone, and, of course, lots of time for networking.
