Baby Doge Partners With German Football Club TSG 1899 Hoffenheim

German football club TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and Baby Doge Coin (BabyDoge) have teamed up to introduce non-fungible tokens (NFTs) for the fans of the German Bundesliga club.

According to an announcement, the professional football team revealed it is happy to collaborate with Baby Doge, describing the crypto project as an “innovative and leading brand” in the space. Apart from releasing an NFT collection, TSG Hoffenheim will provide several other “exciting projects” to fans, the announcement detailed.

Mike Watson, Director of Partnerships at Baby Doge, said the deal is strategic for the crypto project as it brings visibility in the renowned Bundesliga. He elaborated:

“We endeavor to expand our global reach as a community-centered project, as well as to form strategic partnerships with world-class organizations and establish ourselves as a player in the sports world.”

The CEO of Hoffenheim, Denni Strich, commented;

“TSG Hoffenheim are happy to be working together with such an innovative and leading brand like Baby Doge. We are excited and looking forward to a successful partnership, where we’ll bring an NFT collection from the club and other exciting projects to life.”

The partnership, which is already in effect, includes various other promotional materials such as LED advertising around the pitch at all home matches and other visual marketing tools.

First launched back in June 2021, following the success Dogecoin (DOGE), Baby Doge has grown its community to around 1.3 million holders around the world.

Baby Doge is not first of its kind to sign a promotional agreement with soccer teams. Bayer Leverkusen had earlier signed a sponsorship deal with Floki.
