One of the standout features of this partnership is the expansion of online acceptance for more than 200 million UnionPay cardholders outside of mainland China. Moreover, within the Hong Kong market, local cardholders can take advantage of enhanced convenience thanks to integration of the Hong Kong version of the UnionPay App, enabling transactions in Hong Kong Dollars.
